Dana Donnay, oboe, is a graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music and also attended the University of Minnesota. She is a freelance musician who plays with many orchestras and ensembles throughout the Midwest and is a member of The Bloomington Civic Theater Orchestra, where she can be found playing flute, oboe, clarinet or saxophone. She teaches at the Mount Olivet School of Music in Minneapolis.

Cellist Diane Loudon has appeared regularly as an orchestral musician with many professional orchestras around the country. She can be heard performing as a soloist and chamber musician around the Twin Cities and has played for such musical acts as Charlotte Church, Michael Bolton, Aretha Franklin, and Smokey Robinson. An avid pedagogue, Ms. Loudon has maintained a cello studio in the Twin Cities for over fifteen years and is currently a cello instructor at the Mount Olivet School of Music. She also serves as manager and cellist for Rosewood String Ensemble. She holds a Bachelor of Music and Master of Music in cello performance from the University of Illinois - Champaign-Urbana.

Angel Gifts
Donating, assembling and delivering food, personal items, and gifts on Palm Sunday to homebound members and families in the inner-city.

Community Emergency Service
Assisting this agency in serving the needs of the inner-city poor: emergency food and housing, spiritual, family and employment counseling.

The Dignity Center
The Dignity Center provides support, opportunity and resources for people in transition as they regain stability in their lives and move towards self-sufficiency.

Hunger Task Force
Educating the congregation on world hunger; working with Community Emergency Service preparing and serving dinners. Sponsors three food drives throughout the year.

Love INC
Meet needs of people in eastern Carver County through food and clothing collection and distribution, and other basic services of support.

Meals Via Wheels
Delivering hot noon meals to elderly and disabled residents of southwest Minneapolis.

On-Call Team
Collecting, sorting, and distributing clothing, food, or furniture to people in need in the metro area.

Sheridan Story Mount Olivet and Shir Tikvah partner with The Sheridan Story to provide weekend "backpack" meals to students at Green Central Elementary School who are living in "food insecurity".  Volunteer to help every Friday  to distribute food bags to children's lockers.  Sign up for as many Fridays as you can during the school year, 1-1/2 hour commitment.  

Simpson Housing Dinners
Volunteers will meet at Simpson Housing Services, located at 2740 1st Ave S in Minneapolis at 5:30pm. They prepare, serve, and clean up after the evening meal, served to approximately 150 residents of this homeless shelter. The evening usually ends around 8 or 8:30pm

VEAP (Volunteers Enlisted to Assist People)
Volunteer in food pantry, drive VEAP minivan for appointments; serves south Minneapolis, Richfield, Bloomington and Edina.
