Prepare for this season of Lent with meaningful singing and inspired learning! Pastor Ben Cieslik, Pastor Charlie Ruud, and Retreat Center staff will explore Lenten Spirituals, common themes throughout Lenten hymns, and the history and meaning of some of their favorite Lent and Holy Week songs. Allow this season’s music to support and guide your personal reflection, confession, and meditation. Journey together through prayer and song toward Good Friday and Easter Sunday, when we celebrate anew the resurrection of our Savior Jesus Christ.
Day Lent Journey is one of our annual day-time retreats. It provides space to gather with familiar and new friends and enter the season of Lent together through worship, learning, and conversation in a place of inspiring beauty. Begin the day with fresh pastries, enjoy a delicious lunch provided by our professional chefs, and end with communal worship. Bus transportation is available. Registration is now open.
