She currently leads the recruitment strategy efforts at the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, where she has successfully launched new recruitment avenues and significantly increased applicant traffic. Cyndi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Christian education and is a self-proclaimed Career Coach. Her expertise includes strategic planning, content creation, and driving state employment awareness through community outreach, engagement and educational campaigns.
