Led by Sarah Strasen\, LICSW\, this group offers connection\, resources\, and encouragement for anyone currently in a caregiving role. In this time set apart from the day-to-day\, we will look for sources of hope\, resilience\, and compassion within ourselves and one another. \nThis group meets on the first and thirdly Thursdays of each month. \nNo registration is required\, please come when you are able.
