Suicide Awareness Symposium: The Role of Faith Communities in Suicide Awareness and Prevention, Helping, Healing, Hope

Mental Health Connect and its members made up of local area churches including Mount Olivet present Keynote Speaker,  Rev. Dr. Rachael A. Keefe, Pastor of Living Table UCC. Join us for workshops, exhibits, and a panel discussion addressing how faith communities can recognize and respond to this important topic. Cost is $30 for individuals, $35 per person for groups of 3 or more.

WORKSHOPS INCLUDE: Youth Suicide Prevention — Increasing Protective Factors, Suicide Risk and Prevention for LGBTQIA Communities, QPR- Question, Persuade and Refer – Suicide Prevention Training, and Preventing Older Adult Suicide — How to Help.
