This educational support group offers support, compassion, and understanding to aid in the healing process as you navigate your experience of grief. Various topics will be discussed, including aspects of healthy mourning, practices for healing, and mindfully moving forward. Attending all sessions is important and it is recommended to allow yourself at least a few weeks after a death before attending this group. The group will become closed after the second meeting and will meet at the following locations for eight weeks.
